This week I am in NYC again for a few days, and thankfully my trip in today was uneventful and on a new plane.
But not too long ago, I was on an older plane and the armrests had something that was reminiscent from our past
Ashtrays in the arm rest.
Yes, kids, people used to smoke on flights.
In the enclosed space, you could happily ash, burning your neighbor every other puff. Think of it as, part travel, part horror show.
It was terrible, yet it was accepted just as it was. Until it wasn’t anymore.
Thankfully.
So that brings me to you.
What is something in your business that you just accept that “that is just the way it is.”
But it really doesn’t have to be.
