As I boarded the plane, I squealed with glee (literally) when I saw it.

I felt like I had hit the jackpot because I was on another plane that had a surprise and delight I had just experienced on my way to St. Louis for a VIP Client Day, but didn’t think I would see again.

But there it was…in all of its glory.

A flip down footrest on each first class seat.

As a lady who is only 4’11”, my feet typically don’t rest on the ground comfortably on a plane seat. While this isn’t nearly as bad as people who are tall and squished with their knees on the back of a seat, it is still not so comfortable.

But that footrest Delta gifted me on the way there and back from Saint Louie…heavenly.

And I wasn't alone in my delight…many people on the plane ride there commented on how that simple add-on made the flight so much more comfortable.

One small tweak…and there was a distinction in an experience for their customers who are spending more in the front of the plane and led me to share this positive experience with you…turning me into an advocate for Delta.

What if you could do the same thing for your business…surprising and delighting your ideal prospects so that not only are they thankful that they get to work with you but they tell others about it?

And in the meantime, put your feet up. It's way more comfortable.
