Palm trees, a great client and the ability to fly there and back in the same day…

These are a few of my very favorite things.

I had a VIP Day with one of my most favorite Elite Clients this week to create their marketing strategy and scale plan.

We started the day with the way I always started the day– setting the vision of where we are going and turning the three year goal into a one year goal.

Aggressive, yes.

But if we are going to do the work anyway, why not create a plan that brings on your three year goal now?

Like, if you are radically changing your marketing, your lead generation and your sales process so that you can scale, why limit yourself? Build your plan around what you want to achieve years from now, right now.

Because why do we think we can do something much greater years from now and not right now? Do we think we can become someone new somehow in a few years?

How about we become this person now?

And once they agreed and we decided to achieve that big plan now, the conversation focused on which of their clients are the right ones to focus on to achieve that goal.

It was different for the three year goal than it was for the one year goal.

So imagine we only thought about the “right now? “ That three year goal never would have been a reality.

But by switching it up and giving themselves permission to make that three year goal the target now, the focus was on the most profitable client base and the marketing focused on the fastest path to get them there.

That disciplined focus will not only bring them their big goal faster but it will bring them from increasing revenue 30% to tripling their revenue instead. In less time than they originally planned.

What is your three year goal and what would you need to do to move that up to a one year plan?

Give yourself permission to grow faster and scale your business in less time.

Palm trees optional, but recommended.

Cheers,
