The more you can personalize, the more effective your email marketing will be.
Start with something simple like adding in the first name of your subscriber.
Plus, you have the ability to up-level personalization by mentioning something they have done with you in the past (attended an event, read your book, purchased a program, etc.).
And even get data for the purpose of personalizing. With something we do, is an occasional survey asking what industry you are in that we can use to personalize content in the future.
