Ready for an upgrade?

If you saw my previous post, you already know that last week our family went to Opryland and could have had a better experience if the resort’s welcoming process was better managed.

On the flip side, today, let’s talk about something they did incredibly well…

Giving us opportunities for Upgrade Experiences.

For example, we were able to get tickets for the indoor waterpark and book a cabana that was a little oasis out of the hustle and bustle of the day.

And gave me a space to create this Reel. 🙂

They created a whole village for the holiday season, and we took the kids to enjoy an interactive experience that was like going through one of my favorite movies, Elf.

Following, we enjoyed a few treats outside while listening to Country Christmas Music.

We also purchased a scavenger hunt that took us through the property and ended with a sweet treat surprise.

My favorite upgrade though, was the carriage ride we took on New Year’s Eve, through the park to see the lights. It was magical.

No, you didn’t have to do any of these to get a great resort experience, but if you wanted to, they were there to enjoy.

Just like in our Market Domination Challenge.
